About 30 minWe handle the application
Drafting, budgeting, portal entry. You answer questions as they come up (the more detail we have up front, the fewer questions we have).
Usually up to 60 minYou review and approve
Read the final draft, approve it, we submit. The funder decides from there.
About 20 minThere are two ways to work with us:
- Discovery: what you qualify for
- Narrative drafted in your voice
- Budget + line-item review
- Support materials assembled
- Portal entry, we fill every field

FACTOR Artist Profile Update
Required before any FACTOR application, and it's where your Artist Rating is set. A 2 or 3 rating opens the strongest FACTOR programs and waives the upfront fee on Tour Support. We handle the update. Here's roughly where the bar sat this fiscal year, so you can decide for yourself whether to go for it.
| Criteria | Artist 2 | Artist 3 |
|---|---|---|
| Top streaming platform, monthly listeners | 100,000 | 1,000,000 |
| Top streaming platform, followers | 25,000 | 50,000 |
| Live performance dates* | 12 | 20 |
| Sync licenses (3 years) | $5,000 | $10,000 |
| Radio chart history (3 years) | 1 | 3 |
| Instagram followers | 10,000 | 25,000 |
| TikTok followers | 20,000 | 50,000 |
| YouTube subscribers | 10,000 | 25,000 |
*Live dates count the past 12 months plus the next six. FACTOR weighs a majority of these categories, not every line, and resets the thresholds each fiscal year. Source: FACTOR's Artist 2 and 3 rating criteria (PDF).
Pricing depends on the program, and we'll always tell you upfront.
